Entered the Utah State Fair photo competition. It’s a very full competition and is good practice for anyone who wants to learn how to submit images. You have to mount and size the photos according to specifications for your class, plus you have to spread your images around so that you don’t compete with yourself in the same category (unless you want to). The payoff is minimal, $50 bucks for First Place, but it’s not about the money, it’s about the respect you earn, and the satisfaction of successfully delivering your pictures.
